Rules for the Cookoff

Operations Schedule for the day of the Cookoff

This form is used to register your team or company to have a 10′ x 10′ space or several spaces to operate your team/vending within. Teams and vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, cooking supplies and canopy. We will provide the napkins, spoons, and souffle’ cups for sampling. Canopies may not be taller than 20 feet in height. Teams will need to anchor their canopy using weights or stakes in a manner that it will not extend past the front of the canopy in to attendee walkway. . Cooking teams are free to sell or hand out promotional materials, so vendors looking for a better deal are highly encouraged to form a cooking team for their booth. Two smaller vendors wishing to share space is admitted, but we will not split costs, so make arrangements for one party to be the official contact and payer of the fees. Each booth space purchase will include badges for up to six people to operate your booth.

  • Registrations are accepted on a first come, first booked basis, so book your booth as early as possible.
  • Registrations will not be accepted after April 5th.
  • You will not be assigned a booth number until payment has cleared.
  • Please use the paypal link to make payment according to the booth size you are requesting.
  • Once payment has been received you will be emailed with conformation and booth options.

 


Booth Fees: Cooking Teams – $40 per 10′ x 10′ space Vendor Booth – $100 per 10′ x 10′ space Space Map: Booths are numbered as below. Vendors and Cooking teams will begin setup at 8am. Once your supplies have been checked, you may begin cooking.
